How it works:
Pre-pay property owners
Cushion partners with tenants and their landlords. We pay 6-12 months of the tenant’s rent upfront to their landlords at a discount.
2. Collect rent from tenants
Tenants continue to make their regular rent payments to Cushion, and we pass on the discount when they need it most.
3. Cushion tenants’ cash flow
If a cash crunch hits, tenants can reduce their rent payments in order to cover urgent expenses. Flexible payment plans help renters catch up. Landlords never have to feel the difference.
